"Before, I wasn't okay with the way my body was unless it was a certain weight. If I was too heavy I would always think I needed to work on losing weight.

Now, as long as I'm doing my best and taking the best care of my body the way God would have it, I'm content. Loving the body that God gave me is integral for continued spiritual growth. My spirit will grow as my acceptance of my body grows. Knowing it is a vehicle for my soul and not a reflection of who I am... the soul will shine no matter the vehicle."
