"I now know how to concentrate on my good qualities. I won't let insecurity hold me back anymore!"
From Meg:
"Before, I felt defeated. My imperfections showed more than my good assets, in my view. I felt ugly in my face and body. I don't wish the feeling on anyone. I want my body story to be full of positive thoughts and energy. I want to go places with no personal restrictions. I'll be free from my own trap. It feels good to go on adventures for the adventure aspect, not to compare myself to others.
Because of this project, I've realized how badly I've magnified my negative thoughts. I now know how to concentrate on my good qualities. I won't let insecurity hold me back anymore!"
